When does it ship?
Now. The full ThermoShield system — Hunt Suit, Jacket, Bibs, and Vest — is in stock and shipping. The Renaissance Pant ships now as well.
How limited is the first run?
This is the first ThermoShield production run, and quantities are limited by size. When a size is gone, it's gone until the next run. We don't backorder and we don't discount to move inventory.
What colorway is the first run?
Coppice Camo only. The first ThermoShield production run is camo across the Hunt Suit, Jacket, Bibs, and Vest. The Renaissance Pant is available in Coppice Camo or solid Tarmac Green.
How do I size it for layering?
ThermoShield is cut as an outer layer with room for a base layer and a midlayer underneath — the ThermoFleece or Outpost Light fit under it without bunching. Order your normal jacket size. Size to your chest measurement if your chest and waist fall in different sizes. Sizes run S–3XL.
What if it doesn't fit?
Return or exchange it within 30 days. Free US shipping on orders over $100. Backed by the Cheli Guarantee: if it doesn't perform in the field, we'll make it right.
Is it quiet enough for bowhunting?
Yes. Silent face fabric, silent-access zippers, and an articulated cut that doesn't bind at full draw. Bowhunting-first construction is carried through every seam — it's the reason the pieces are built the way they are.
Hunt Suit or separates?
Two ways to run the same system. The Hunt Suit is one piece — the warmest, simplest setup for a cold sit. The Jacket, Bibs, and Vest are the separates version of that coverage, so you can shed a layer when the temperature climbs. Pick one configuration; you don't need both.
