ThermoShield Jacket
Wind stops here. Quiet when it counts.
Wind stops here.
The outer layer of the ThermoShield System. Built to block the cold front that rolls in at 10am and hold you through the sit. ThermoShield fabric stops wind without the crinkle, so you stay quiet when a deer steps out at fifteen yards. Cut for movement — reach, draw, shoulder a gun.
- ThermoShield Wind-Stopping Tech — Blocks wind at the surface so your mid layer keeps doing its job.
- Removable Hood — Up when the wind picks up. Off when you need clear hearing and full head movement.
- Treestand Harness Port — Your tether passes through the back. No unzipping, no untucking, no gear fight in the dark.
- Rangefinder Tether — Secured, reachable, and quiet. It's there when the shot window opens.
- DWR Treated — Sheds drizzle, wet snow, and frost off the branches on the walk in.
Coppice Camo. Built for Midwest timber and ag ground.

Fit
The ThermoShield Jacket is an outer layer with room for a base layer and mid layer underneath. Order your normal size. If you're between sizes or want a trimmer fit with minimal layering, size down.
How to Measure
- Chest. Around the fullest part, under the arms, tape level and snug.
- Sleeve. Center of the back of your neck, across the shoulder, down to the wrist.
- These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Find your numbers, then read across.
- Still not sure? Email us your height, weight, and what you layer underneath. We'll tell you what to order.
Each of our garments comes with specific care instructions to ensure they perform at their best. Please check the care label on your Cheli Gear before washing or drying.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your gear in top condition, wash it on a normal cycle using warm water and a detergent formulated for hunting apparel. This will effectively clean most dirt and blood stains. We suggest running a second rinse cycle to thoroughly remove any detergent residue. Always wash with similar colors. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, and do not dry clean your gear.
DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
For the best results and to minimize environmental impact, we recommend line drying your garments. If you prefer to use a dryer, select a normal or gentle cycle with medium heat. For outerwear, whether line-dried or machine-dried, an additional 20-minute tumble dry will help reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish, which we highly recommend.
Treestand Harness Port
Your tether passes straight through the back. No unzipping, no untucking, no fighting your gear in the dark to get clipped in. Hook up at the truck and stay hooked up.
Removable Hood
Up when the wind picks up. Off when you need clear hearing and full head movement — which is most of the time you're actually hunting. Snaps off in the stand without taking the jacket off.
Wind-Stopping Technology
The ThermoShield face blocks wind at the surface so your mid layer keeps doing its job. The cold front that rolls in at 10am stops at the shell instead of pulling heat off your core.

Wind-Stopping Membrane

Silent Face Fabric
Windproof without the crinkle. Brushed face that stays quiet when you shift, reach, or come to full draw — so a deer at fifteen yards hears nothing.
DWR Water Reppelancy
A durable water repellent finish sheds drizzle, wet snow, and the frost that comes off branches on the walk in. It beads and rolls instead of soaking through.
