ThermoShield Vest
Core warmth for long sits. DWR Treated with Wind-Stopping Tech.
Cold ground. Long sit. Handled.
Bibs that go on over your boots and come off without a wrestling match. Full-length side zips run the whole leg, so you can vent on the walk in and seal up in the stand. ThermoShield fabric cuts the wind that finds you when you're sitting still at 20 degrees.
- ThermoShield Windproof Tech — Stops the wind that turns a manageable morning into a short one.
- Full-Length Side Zips — On and off over boots. Vent on the walk in, close down when you settle.
- Cargo Pockets with Silent Snaps — Room for calls, tags, and a knife. Snaps that don't announce you.
- Front Hand Muffs — Bare hands stay warm and ready without digging for gloves.
- DuraFlex Buckles — Adjust the fit, hold the fit. No slipping mid-hunt.
- DWR Treated — Wet leaves, frost, and a damp stand seat don't soak through.
Coppice Camo. Built for Midwest timber and ag ground.

Fit
The ThermoShield Vest is an outer layer with room to comfortably wear a base layer and mid layer underneath.
Between Sizes?
- Prefer a trimmer fit, or plan to wear only a lightweight base layer? Size down.
- Typically wear a mid layer like the Outpost Light or ThermoFleece Hoodie underneath? Order your normal size.
How to Measure
- Chest. Around the fullest part, under the arms, tape level and snug.
- These are body measurements, not garment measurements. Find your numbers, then read across.
- Still not sure? Email us your height, weight, and what you layer underneath. We'll tell you what to order.
Each of our garments comes with specific care instructions to ensure they perform at their best. Please check the care label on your Cheli Gear before washing or drying.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your gear in top condition, wash it on a normal cycle using warm water and a detergent formulated for hunting apparel. This will effectively clean most dirt and blood stains. We suggest running a second rinse cycle to thoroughly remove any detergent residue. Always wash with similar colors. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, and do not dry clean your gear.
DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
For the best results and to minimize environmental impact, we recommend line drying your garments. If you prefer to use a dryer, select a normal or gentle cycle with medium heat. For outerwear, whether line-dried or machine-dried, an additional 20-minute tumble dry will help reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish, which we highly recommend.
ThermoShield Wind-Stopping Technology
A cold front doesn't care how many layers you have on if the wind cuts through them. The ThermoShield face blocks it, and a DWR treatment sheds light rain and wet snow before it soaks in. Quiet when you move, uninsulated by design — it protects whatever you're wearing underneath instead of overheating you.
Waist Cinch System
Pull it tight and the wind stops riding up your back. Loosen it when you're layered heavy or walking in. One adjustment, no bulk, no noise.
Chest Pocket with Rangefinder Tether
Sized for your phone or your rangefinder. Slide the phone in where you can reach it without digging through layers, and clip the rangefinder to the tether so it can't hit the stand floor at the wrong moment. Zip it shut and hunt.

ThermoShield Vest in the field
The Technology
ThermoShield WindStopper — engineered for Midwest conditions
Wind-Stopping Membrane
The ThermoShield face blocks wind before it reaches your layers. A cold front stops at the shell instead of pulling heat off your core through the sit.
DWR Water Repellency
A durable water repellent finish sheds light rain and wet snow so it beads off instead of soaking in. You stay dry on the walk in and through a morning drizzle.
Silent Face Fabric
Brushed, non-crinkle shell that stays quiet at full draw and when you shift in the stand. No sound telegraphed at twenty yards.
